Roman-Style Spaghetti CarbonaraIt was OK - was very salty, maybe because of the type of bacon but i wont be adding additional salt in future - also found there wasnt really enough sauce. As my rating says it was ok but not great, ill shall continue my search for the perfect spaghetti cabonara!!

Carrot, Orange And Coriander SoupThis was absolutely lovely - far better than any shop bought soups - i will definately be making this again - the only thing i would suggest is thatyou add some hot water when you liquidise it as it comes out very thick - yum yum!!
