Beef StroganoffThis is, by far, the best beef stroganoff I have ever had. This actually tasted like fine dining, which is something I would never have associated with stroganoff. I don't think I would even want to try making a different recipe after making this one!!!

Easy Hamburger StroganoffThis made a great meal and was simple to prepare. I used ground turkey instead of beef, it turned out great.

Chicken Enchiladas with a twistThese were very good and easy to make. I was a bit wary of making enchiladas with cream of mushroom soup, but they were great! The instructions could use a little more detail. I assumed the broth was to replace the milk when preparing the cream of mushroom soup, which worked out just fine and tasted great. I will definitely make these again.
