Shrimp Sauteed with White WineI make this recipe all the time. It's great. I spice it up though. I usually marinate the shrimp with Olive oil, minced basil and white wine for a half hour. When cooking the shrimp, I add a generous amount of italian seasoning and a touch of parmeasan cheese. The original recipe is a tad bit too bland for our household.

Spicy Garlic Rosemary Shrimp & PastaI followed the recipe, but this recipe does not really have spicy ingredients. I added pepper flakes. Once the shrimp was mixed with the pasta, the flavor was gone! I had to make a white wine sauce to spruce it up. By the time I was finished, I ended up with a scampi. The shrimp was good, but as another person mentioned, it was dry and missing key ingredients.
