I live in California. For fun I go online and read various things. I have an iPad so I read books on either my computer or my iPad. I don't work anymore; I'm retired.

I enjoy eating low carb meals. I bake bread for a hobby even though I can't eat much of it. It's the creative process that appeals to me. I give most of the bread to my son or friends.

It tasted good. For personal preference, next time I'll double the snow peas and also increase the ginger. It did have a nice flavor. — promfh 4/17/2012

I thought it was an easy recipe to follow and it tasted great. I made it two times and each time it came out tasting wonderful. — 1MoreCreative 4/4/2012

Roasted Sweet 'taters

Very good flavor. We doubled the ingredients for the seasoning and the oil so every round of the 'taters got some. — promfh 3/18/2012

Hi-Fibre Sugarless Pancake Delights

Its flavor was good but the amount of flour in it caused my blood sugar to spike. It has too many carbs in it for me. — babybiceps 3/15/2012

Heather's 3 Minute Eat-on-the-Go Egg Breakfast

Cheese gave it a nice flavor, as did the mustard. I think making it in a frying pan would give more control over the eggs. — stevemur 3/9/2012

Chicken Breasts with Spicy Honey-Orange Glaze

I'm really an inexperienced cook but I could follow this recipe and thought it was not too hard. The sauce was delicious!! I put some on my green beans to make them more palatable. My wife, who is a finicky eater thought it was delicious 3/6/2012
