Lamb - Slow Roasted Lamb Shanks with Garlic and Rosemary
I'm what they call a "lifer" here in Fort Mac, I've been here for about 18 years now, it's changed lots but I still love it. I spend my days simply, creating art in my studio, cooking for my husband and kids and photoghraphing the great north (my back yard).
