I'm what they call a "lifer" here in Fort Mac, I've been here for about 18 years now, it's changed lots but I still love it. I spend my days simply,  creating art in my studio, cooking for my husband and kids and photoghraphing the great north (my back yard).

I have changed the filling mix slightly to suit my family, but as is its really good. The dough however Ive not changed, its incredible. Easy tender and tasty. I make it in my food processor and it never fails. — promfh 1/18/2014

Wow!! My whole family loved it. I stir fried some veggies and layered rice, veggies then beef and sauce in a bowl. Tasted restaurant quality and so easy! Thanks so much for posting. — stpagh 6/27/2012

I've used this recipe several times, and only made minor changes: I use a 1L container of broth and a pkg of Au Jus mix. Always a crowd pleaser. Thanks for posting! 5/27/2011

These were fantastic! My family loved them and they made a great packable lunch. I used packaged puff pastry instead of making it, but made the rest exactly as stated. Thanks for posting! — promfh 4/17/2011
