Thank you. Now I can find these easier, and all in one place! Good looking out! 2/26/2014
Chicken Parmesan

Chicken Parmesan

This was very easy! Mr. Picky even liked it. Making again on Saturday. I cheated and used my favorite jar sauce. Only thing I'll change is season the chicken after pounding it out! Most importantly this was tender, crisp, and moist! This is going into my 'Weekly Menu' rotation! — mnbrooks1 2/18/2014
Shrimp Stuffed Mirlitons

Shrimp Stuffed Mirlitons

Can't wait to make thus recipe! My mother did something very similar when we were growing up. My aunt the wonderful chef actually grew these squash. Easy, tasty and most of all cheap, for a Mom with no budget! Thanx?? — MsFlame 10/1/2013
Loaded Baked Potato Soup

Loaded Baked Potato Soup

I liked it, my husband didn't, but if its not Campbells, well...you know. This recipe was easy and I used half and half, which I accidentally scalded, so it separated. But the soup was still edible! I will make this again for sure but maybe add mushroom, and more cheese, as if you could have too much cheese? — cinco2seis 1/14/2013
Super Sweet Corn Bread

Super Sweet Corn Bread

I LOVE this recipe. This cornbread is BETTER than Jiffy. Which is the gold standard of sweet cornbread. Well never again, and it was incredibly easy to make. Who doesn't have these ingredients on hand? And if I don't I just head on down to my local Sprouts and get a couple cups of yellow cornmeal...If you've always wanted to make good cron bread from scratch, here's your recipe! — matthew-182 1/14/2013
Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits

I only go to Red Lobster to eat these! Never again, I can make better at home. Shared some at work, and they were a huge hit! Only problem is a full recipe yields to many for one person, although they do reheat well. This is a keeper!!! — Kowgirl777 1/5/2013
Outback Steakhouse Alice Springs Chicken

Outback Steakhouse Alice Springs Chicken

It was a hit! Mr. Picky looked at it funny when I served him, but after one taste, he requested leftovers for lunch the next day! This recipe was actually BETTER than the Outback version. I made a double recipe if the marinade/dipping sauce and served it over Yukon Gold mashed potatoes. I also used about 2 1/2 t of Meyer lemon juice (I have one in my yard), the flavor is less sour than a regular lemon. I also used sesame oil in place of vegetable oil. Next time I think I'll marinade the chicken overnight. Also, I don't know if I missed it, but I couldn't find how long to cook the chicken in the oven initially, however, I did look through the reviews and took my cue from them, I cooked it for about 30 minutes, next time I think I'll reduce it as there were pan juices that I think should have stayed in the chicken. I did use it as kind of a gravy. Again, thus recipe is a for sure keeper, and it WILL be made again, and again! Thanks for a great, and pretty easy to prepare recipe. : D 10/8/2012
All Butter Pie Dough

All Butter Pie Dough

The easiest tastiest pie crust I've EVER tasted! I'll never buy a pie crust from the store. I can't believe how easy this was to make. I used salted butter for all but 1/4 cup called for, and I omitted the additional salt. I also used ice water, since the water table at my house is high enough that water from the faucet comes out kinda Luke warm. This is going to be my "go to" crust. Next maybe I'll try it for a chicken pot pie, I also plan on trying that "dumpling" idea suggested by one of the reviewers below! Yummy!! :D — ellie36 9/23/2012
Basic Yellow Cake

Basic Yellow Cake

Did this really call for a Tablespoon on baking powder? I thought it was a typo, especially after checking several other "cake" recipes! It rose beautifully, however it's sooo dense, I could commit murder with it, it tastes' okay, it looks a little light in color to be "yellow cake". Not sure if I'll try again. This was to be the first time I used my professional pans AND made Mr. Picky a cake from scratch, ever! On a more positive note, the cream cheese icing is really yummy! Oh well, maybe I'll try again someday. 8/13/2012
Sweet and Sour Chicken

Sweet and Sour Chicken

Mr. Picky Pants loved it! It went together well, I cheated and used good ole sweet and sour sauce. My old neighborhood had a larger Asian demographic, so ingredients were tuff to find, but still turned out great, and unlike packaged frozen food, looked just like the picture! ; D — ellie36 8/12/2012
Pizza Dough

Pizza Dough

I'm making this Pizza Dough for the 2nd time in less than a month! My husband known as Mr. Picky loved the pizza I made using this dough recipe. He's not a big fan of pizza and I about swallowed my tongue when he asked for seconds! Another recipe (for pizza sauce) mentioned "par baking the crust with the sauce only for 5 minutes this seemed to work well. I also made sure to preheat my oven to 450 degrees and baked the topped pizzas until the cheese was all bubbly and the edges of the crust were lightly brown. I also used an 'Airbake' pizza pan which as you know promotes an evenly baked underside! Absolutely a favorite recipe. Next I will play with the amount of sugar in the overall recipe for a sweeter more CPK type crust!!! Happy eating — RKG1 2/21/2012
Batter Fried Chicken

Batter Fried Chicken

Mr. Picky (my husband) loved this batter. I was shocked, I didn't think he'd like it. I myself thought it was good, and required very little effort to prepare. I'm looking for a close facsimile of the old Pioneer Chicken batter recipe and this was the closet I've seen so far. Made more than enough batter for the amount of chicken I had. I will definitely be using this recipe again. 2/17/2012
Easy Au Gratin Potatoes

Easy Au Gratin Potatoes

Came out pretty good. Mr. Picky, my husband liked it. I did change a couple things though. I used half and half instead of milk. I also added a little garlic salt, and used a cheese blend. And my secret ingredient course black pepper. secretsecretingredient — Lnstory 2/15/2012
New England Clam Chowder

New England Clam Chowder

My husband, Mr. Picky-Eater, just had a second bowl! Didn't have any Wondera, so it's not as thick as it could have been. I also plan to add more clams next time. This is definitely a keeper! — momluvstocook 2/8/2012
