Brownie Peanut Butter CupsGreat for bake sale. I used not only the peanut butter cups but used the mini's candy bar bites. Great idea.........easy

Ricotta Berry MuffinsWas a little concerned with the thickness of the batter but they turned out beautiful. Good flavor. Took advise and put raw sugar on top before baking. Yumm-o lious...........

Best Ham and Bean SoupI tweeked a bit added one bay leaf, and fresh thyme from the garden along with some red pepper flakes...........Good stick to your rib soup. Added buttermilk corn bread and salad great meal for the fall.........

No-knead BreadWhat fun and easy...........this bread is delicious. The crust is crisp the interior with large holes and chewy went great with my Anchovy Garlic Compound Butter Recipe........wonderful. Look forward to try some rye flour ration with it.

Cauliflower Au GratinWonderful............served it with basil in the crumb topping and along side of a Tuscan Brick Roasted Chicken and Oven Roasted Asparagus........delicious

Glazed Lemon BreadBeautiful bread!!! The smell is amazing! We like to enjoy a slice of something sweet when we go to Starbucks but have been unhappy with their selections. This will be a wonderful treat to enjoy with our coffee........
