One thing I did differently is left some of the garlic in the pan to cook with the pork chops. Also, I had a hard time getting the cheese to stick to the porkchop after I rubbed in the herbs so I threw my cheese in with the crumbs. I would suggest to rub in the herbs, dip in the egg mixture, and then coat in a parmesan/bread crumb mixture. That worked much better.
