Chicken CarbonaraDelicious! Used a whole lb of bacon, as that was a whole pack. After eating the 2nd bowl, the meal weighed a bit heavy on the stomach. Took a little while to prepare, but the end result was fantastic, and still tastes good the next day as a left over.

Original King Ranch ChickenMy husbands says this is one of the best dishes I've ever made. I don't care much for corn tortillas, so I used flour and I put a generous amt of cheese on top. Super easy, and very tasty!
