I just made this recipe, but am a little disappointed with the outcome. The flavor is pretty good, but I taste a lot of flour! This could be due to the fact that I didn't weigh out my ingredients (scale was at the BF's house). I also added some brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the batter. The texture of the finished produce is nice. I would probably make this again, using a little less flour, or maybe adding a bit of buttermilk.
