Homemade Pasta DoughAwesome. Made my noodles tonight. They where great but I rolled then quite thick so they had to cook for a while. The taste was wonderful. Great quick and easy recipe.

Penne Pasta with Lemon SaucePretty good. I customized this with onions and garlic. And I just used the sauce because I made my own pasta. The sauce is a great base to try something's on. Good flavor.

Pork Chops in Tomato Sauce with OreganoEven though I over cooked it a little the dish turned out good. I would suggest that during the 30 min simmer at the end. Take a peek at it every 5 or ten min. I just let mine go for 30 min and it reduced down and burned a little. But it tasted good. This is a good quick and fairly easy dinner to make
