Sweet and tender BBQ Baby Back Ribs (Easy clean up)The ribs came out good and were very tender. But were i little too sweet for my taste. Next time I will omit the honey and brown sugar in the sauce. but will keep the brown sugar in the rub! Over all it was very good!!

Beef EnchiladasVery easy and yummy.I added a second can of enchilata sauce and a can o rotel tomatoes to this recipe and tony's seasoning to the groung meat.;-)
