Cowboy SupperThis recipe was really good and easy too! I didn't add very much ketchup. I sliced the potatoes put them in a small cassarole bowl and put then in the microwave for a couple od minuites to soften before adding to casserole. I might try this recipe with frozen hash browns. My Mom made fried potatoes and we put pork-bean over them.

I was looking at the Heavenly recipe and I have done the math everyway I know how and it doesn't add up to 1 point value per serving. Please show me I'm wrong. I really thought it was great till I did the math.
