Crusted Veggie RiceI put the left over veggies on the dish and cover them with the rice, works better with spiced left overs, but you may put everything you want to (walnuts, almonds...). Them I put the egg beaten over the rice so, part of the egg goes to the rice and the other part grows as a crust...

Moroccan Sweet Potato StewI roasted the pepper, doubled the spices and added a dry chilli (small one)... Ah! And dindn't have eggplant, so I used a courgette, as well a small potato because only had one sweet... Very good.

Gobi ManchurianVery good!! Instead chopp garlic and ginger I crushed them into the batter. I only fryed them, no sauce, and them dip on soy sauce and mango chutney... Delicious!
