Rosis Microwave FudgeI''ve had this recipe for years (from another source) and it is the easiest, best fudge recipe for something quick and delicious. If I have them, I always stir in some chopped walnuts before pouring into the pan. Definitely recommend this recipe!

Quick Cake Mix Banana BreadI used a butter pecan cake mix (it was all I had) and was very pleased with the results. This is so easy, anyone can whip this up before the oven is preheated! Love it!
