Homemade Baked Macaroni and CheeseMeh. Just too much

Caramelized Baked ChickenThis is definitely a go-to dish for me. Always a hit and very cheap to make. I had 4lbs of drumsticks this time ($4.68) from Walmart and it still came out perfect! My kids like it, my bf likes it and friends at work always ask what I'm reheating in the kitchen. Sick today and wanted comfort food so I made this with my mushroom risotto. Had to review again. Just too good to pass up.

Cheesy Chicken and Rice BakeJust ok. I've actually tried this 4 or 5 times making adjustments. I made tonight because even though it's pretty bland its really easy. I can't get the last bit of crunch out of the rice without overcooking the chicken tho. I must be doing something wrong :(

Easy Banana BreadOverall good recipe. A little too sweet for me though. Others loved. I will cut sugar next time to 2 cups as suggested by TaraCakeBaker.

Kristen's Baked Artichoke Spinach DipI'm on a roll today! After making the Loaded Baked Potato soup I whipped this up for a little get together tonight! This is amazing! Only thing I changed was using marinated artichoke hearts because that's what I had on hand. Bubbly and delicious! Now on to my next dish...;)

Loaded Baked Potato SoupJust finished a cup of this yummy soup! Somewhat time consuming but big payoff. I used green onions...will use chives next time. Perfect rainy day soup and have plenty to share with neighbors. My batch yielded much more than 8 servings. So rich...hard to eat more than a cup.

Black Cherry Jell-O Poke CakeI reduced jello to 2 boxes and used raspberry. It's tasted like a raspberry Zinger! Next time I'm adding coconut...Yum!

Caramelized Baked ChickenVery good! Next time i still use a foil pan that i can throw away. Even with foil- lined pan it bubbles up to a sticky mess.
