Cheesy Chicken and Rice BakeA pretty good and easy meal! I took advice from some other reviews and added more rice than called for, and a lot of seasoning (I excessively season everything, so this was a must). I also threw some hot sauce for good measure. Turned out perfectly cooked, though we'll likely skip the cheese next time, it was too much for us.
