Crispy Baked Chicken Fingers

Crispy Baked Chicken Fingers

I decided to fry this in olive oil. Came out great! I also used the "Great American Steakhouse Sweet And Sour Dipping Sauce" found on this website. I also agree on the seasonings comments. Next time, I am going to season the chicken too. That said, in combination with the dipping sauce, it was a huge hit with everyone!

Great American Steakhouse Sweet And Sour Dipping Sauce-3 Poi

Great American Steakhouse Sweet And Sour Dipping Sauce-3 Poi

I used balsalmic vinigar and half the amount called for + the brown sugar was heaping tbsp. I also let the sauce reduce which wasn't mentioned. It thickened up a bit. It was a huge hit.

Southern Hush Puppies

Southern Hush Puppies

This is a very good recipe. I took it and added peaches instead of the vegetables and used peach juice instead of water. Then rolled the end product in powdered sugar. MMMMMM!

Shrimp Linguine in Clam Sauce

Shrimp Linguine in Clam Sauce

My wife and I like great tasting food but due to our hectic schedules, can be made on the fly. We expected this to taste good, but wow! Did we underestimate it! Not if, but when I make this again, I am going to make about 1/3 more sauce and experiment with some other cheezes. I agree with the comment "if you like garlic." However, if you don't want as much, I don't think it would make too much difference to use less than it calls for.
