I had to cut this recipe in half,as I didn't have too much (lite) bisquick on hand. I simmered one chicken breast with some garlic and onion powder. Also saved 1/2 cup broth that the recipe called for. Had one cooked thigh on hand, so all of this was chopped up and put in with one baked potato(microwave) chopped, 1/2 cup (micro'd) chopped onion, 1 heaping cup of frozen mixed veggies, one can cream of chicken soup, broth, thyme, pepper and put into a greased 8 X 8 pan. Mixed the scant cup of bisquick I had with some lite oleo melted and almond milk. Poured this over the chicken mixture, and baked at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. DH said to make it again.
