I used a little less salt then was aksed. And I think the cookies still came out a little salty. I would cut the salt in half. I felt that all the work that was put into the cookie didn't equal the taste. 8/21/2007

This was a really amazing recipe. It was very rich and yet had a light flavor, really wonderful. The only thing I did different was instead of ending with the lemon-whip-cream mixture, I just used whipped cream. After eating I realized using thin ginger cookies and using a lot of them is really good because they sort of become one with the mixture as they absorb the mixture. — cleverkt 5/14/2007

Spaghetti Sauce

Spaghetti Sauce

This is quite a large recipe. I had to blend the tomatoes two seperate times then combine them. I browned the meat first then added the vegetables and I added about 1/4 cup of a cabernet wine, which I really like how it adds flavor to the vegetables and the rest of the mix. This was a great recipe. My family loved it! 5/13/2007
