My family and I enjoy eating spicy foods and down-home cooking. We lived in Louisiana and like Cajun food - must have Tony Chachere seasoning on everything!

Beef and Swiss Meat PiesVery easy to make and I did have to adjust some of the ingredients. Instead of green pepper, I used chopped green chilies. My picky, doesn't-like-meat kid even ate a whole one! I plan to make more and change up the spices and cheeses to see what we like. These will be great to make and freeze for summer trips in the camper.

Chicken CasseroleAwesome! My kid who hates to eat actually asked for seconds and then I caught him getting thirds! I had to use Town House crackers because I ran of Ritz, but it was good. We add Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning to everything and that added a nice zing.
