Buffalo Wings (Hot Wings)By far the best wing recipe hands down! Perfect technique makes this recipe 5 stars. It seemed like a hassle to do all the steps....but it really was not a hassle at all. I followed the recipe to a tee, and the wings were amazing! I served these to guests with several other appetizers and the wings were the first dish devoured.

Brined Roast ChickenThis is an excellent recipe. Easy to make and a delicious outcome! I have made this several times now and it has always produced moist and tender chicken. I used the pan juices to make both Au Jus and gravy. They were equally wonderful slathered over the roast chicken.

Uncle Walter's ChiliMy family likes our chili and I try many different versions frequently. I made this chili and it was very good. It is a basic chili recipe that has good flavor, a good heat to it and a good proportion of meat to beans. So, I disagree with the earlier negative reviewer. I don't know how seasonings can completely overpowered each other or how beer can give chili a weird taste (unless you choose to use some weird exotic highbrow beer). I also disagree with a couple of the previous reviews for criticizing the recipe for greasiness. A recipe does not make chili greasy. A cook makes chili greasy by using fatty meat and not draining it or basically by not knowing how to cook.

Banoffee PieA super simple recipe and SO good! We let the kids make this for a grandma & grandpa visit. The pie put a smile everyone's face after their first bite and the kids couldn't have been more pleased.

Breaded Filet Of SoleJust your basic fried fish recipe using sole. Also-Known-As, one fantastic tasting fish dish that everyone loved in our house. I have used sole before, in much more elaborate recipes. This recipe shows getting back to the basics is sometimes best.
