No-Egg Chocolate Zucchini CakeNot to worry, Amarante. No need for food processors or anything electric of any kind. Just shred your zucchini using a standard manual cheese grater. As far as the size of the pieces, it will look sort of like that pre-packaged shredded mozzarella cheese you see in stores. Mix that with your oil, follow the rest of the steps and voila, you've got yourself one of the best (and secretly healthiest) chocolate cakes you'll ever put in your mouth...promise! :-)
