Chicken Enchiladas with a twistExcellent! my family loved it! although, i put the chicken in the crockpot the night before to make it easier to shred instead of boiling it. and i added 1/2 a packet of McCormick fajita seasoning to the chicken mixture. They turned out very good! this recipe is a keeper!
