About anything cooked in a Dutch Oven , I like making meat dishes, & soups, chowders, and home made breads, I like rubins made with my own Rye bread and home made Sauerkraut
I cook at most family & get-togethers and so far 60 to 250 people.

Dutch Oven Peach Cobbler "Dump Cake"DO NOT MIX.DO NOT STIR AT ALL This is why it is called a "DUMP" Cake I have made this over 50 times easly, Makes a perfect dessert for camping out or having friends over. allow this to cool 15 or 20 min. before eating [I posted this recipe.]
