Pan-seared Salmon with Fresh Tomato-basil Relish (ww 8 Pts)I grilled a large one pound salmon fillet, adding about a half cup of the relish in the last couple minutes. I plated the salmon onto a serving dish and poured the rest of the relish over the top. Delish! So juicy!

Bourbon ChickenWe did it without soy sauce and had no colmplaints about saltiness. Would like to try it with veggies next time, but yes, we will use this recipe again.

Turkey MeatballsOh yeah, these ARE good! With the one cup of bread crumbs in addition to the oatmeal, they shaped up nicely. I also made a meatloaf with part of the meat, which baked about 35 minutes.
