Best meal I've cooked in a long time! I didn't use mushroom (not a fan). Also, I used about 4 times the amount of asiago cheese which made it perfectly thick. I went with recommendations to use more proscrutto which also was perfect. I used about 1/2 cup. I'm a garlic fanatic so I of course used more like 5 cloves. Sooooo good!!!!! — racheldillin 5/31/2011

Very very good!!! I didn't use any beans (partially because I couldn't find ranch style beans). Turned out great though. Perfect amount of spice. We added a dollop of sour cream to the dish and ate it with both bread and tortilla chips. Yummy!!! — Beachbumette 5/29/2011

Very good! I'm weird with chicken so I used chicken breasts cut in half which worked very well! Next time I might try rice-a-roni due to the bland taste of rice. Overall very good though. — nicks3l 4/3/2011

Sooo good!!! I made a few changes as I went along that seemed to work. First I added mozzarella to the cottage cheese mix. I used a 7x11 pan because I was only serving 2 people and I also used about a half jar of prego sauce in the sausage mix because it seemed too thick. I used the no-boil lasagna noodles as well, which turned out perfect and made for less dishes and quicker meal. My best lasagna yet! — sherriebe21 4/2/2011
