Sweet and tender BBQ Baby Back Ribs (Easy clean up)Awesome!!! Followed the recipe exactly. I trusted this recipe for my Super Bowl Ribs and they're a hit!!

Cuban-style Black Beans & RiceTastes great but the beans never quite softened. For those of you in latitudes that have a hard time using dried beans in a crockpot, I'd add the step of over night soaking to the beginning of the recipe.

Slow Cooker Carnitas (Pulled Pork)This was was first time slow cooking pork and this recipe was a huge success! We used the carnitas for burritos and tacos last night and again for breakfast on an open faced sandwich with egg, salsa, beans andcheese.

Chicken Bok Choy Stir Fry (Low Fat, Low Cal)Love it! Have made it twice now and both sets of guests love it. Its pretty easy to make. I switched lime juice for the lemon juice because it's what we had but it still tasted great. I also left out the pepper because a guest didn't eat peppers but I didn't really miss it.
