I love to cook and me and my husband "challenge" each other weekly, to cook something that is considered "difficult" but with a twist. From baked beans to Foie gras soup! I am a mother of two and currently studying to be an MD and attain my PhD as a Molecular Biologist. My goal is to fine the cure for cancer, though gastronomy is a science I enjoy as well! Let's just say I enjoy taking the traditional out for a spin!
Sushi- the most adoring "primal" flavor - fish at perfection
Filet mignon- rare and cooked like butter
Spanakopita- A spinach and feta cheese "pie" with filo dough
