This recipe was excellent! My husband and I LOVED it and will definitely be making it again. I think I didn't let the peppers brown long enough because they ended up being a little soggy, but good nonetheless. When I was cooking I was worried that there wasn't enough sauce, but after sinking my fork in the finished product, I could taste all the flavors soaked into the noodles. We used penne pasta, and couldn't imagine this with angel hair.
