Never Fail FudgeI've tried to make fudge in the past and it never turned out right. I decided to give this recipe a shot and for the first time ever, my fudge solidified and tastes so freakin' awesome!!! Thanks for sharing this (I'm doing my happy dance right now)!!!!

Zippy Pineapple Baked Chicken BreastsI made this for dinner tonight and it was so easy and very yummy. I ran out of brown sugar though and had to use regular sugar. Looking forward to trying it again with brown sugar. On a side note, this recipe was so easy my seven year did it. She loved being able to make dinner (for the most part).

Real Philly CheesesteakI made this for dinner the other night and loved it. My girls would never touch it if I put onion in it but I substituted with onion power and added some garlic salt for seasoning. Turned out yummy!

Baked French ToastI tried to make this today but it didn't turn out. The bread that was overlapped didn't bake. In addition the directions were unclear to me. It tells you to add a couple of the ingredients twice and lists an ingredient but doesn't say where to add it in the directions.

Boston Market Cinnamon ApplesSo yummy!!! I pulled them out ten minutes early. I liked them still a little solid rather then softer but great recipe and supper easy. I bought a bag of already sliced apples to save more time. All I had to do was cut the peel off.

Fettuccine w/ Cream Sauce, Prosciutto, Asparagus, Mushrooms, & Peas (Boom)Great dish. A bit more prosciutto then I would have liked but it was still great. You can easily make this without the veggies or prosciutto. You can add spinach or chicken and it would still be great. It's a fantastic fettuccine recipe.

Smores PieTasty but not much different then a chocolate cream pie which uses chocolate jello and is much faster and easier to make. Don't think I'll make it again but it was good.

Fanny Farmer's Macaroni and CheeseI accidentally added all the cheese to the sauce mix (turned out perfectly creamy just like I wanted) and opted not to add the bread crumbs but it was the best mac and cheese I've ever had!! Yummy!!!

Skewered Honey-Balsamic ChickenVery good!

Stuffed Bell PeppersSo I loved the recipe. It was supper easy and gives me a baseline. However, I didn't care for the spices and I think the recipe could have benefited from a little less rice and a little more beef.

note regarding baked french toast. The ingredients after the dash of salt is for the topping. you mix that in a separate bowl then spread it over the bread and custard mixture. I like to use texas toast I cut up the bread and mix it with the egg batter to form a thick bread like paste. I let it settle over night in the frig and pour it in to my baking dish the morning I'm baking it. I make the topping that morning and put it in a zip lock bag and snip a corner to make a poor man pastry bag, I then run a knife or teaspoon through the casserole making sure some of the buttery topping get down in the bread mixture the butter helps to make sure the french toast cooks fully. Good luck I hope you try it again with better results.
