Chicken-and-Black Bean EnchiladasWe made this tonight and it fabulous! We will definitely be making this again. We had it with flour tortillas and it was perfect. We reduced the chili flakes to one tsp and it was spicy but not the burn-a-hole-in-your-mouth, kind. It was delicious. Thumbs up all around!
