Whole Maine lobster -- simple and sweet.  Cooking though I like a variety of multicultural dishes especially when I have fresh ingredients and herbs available.

Jamaican Jerk Chicken

Jamaican Jerk Chicken

Thanks for supplying a great mix of ingredients to make a juicy, caribbean chicken. The tip to save aside some of the marinade from the raw chicken was ingenious as the sauce gave the chicken an extra kick for those that enjoyed more spice. I agree with fuchsr that a mango salsa was nice along side the jerk chicken.

Crispy Kale

Crispy Kale

Loved it! Such a delicious alternative to popcorn. My male friend enjoyed it as well alongside a broiled piece of salmon.

Ultimate Double Chocolate Brownies

Ultimate Double Chocolate Brownies

Not my favorite brownies. I decided to try these after reading the rave reviews. Who can refuse a delicious bite of chocolate? Mine turned out a little cakey for my taste and they didn't give me that rich and gooey chocolate I love in the box mixes. The only differentiation I made was to substitute a Splenda blend instead of the sugar. (added to qualify my review)

Crustless Spinach and Cheese Quiche

Crustless Spinach and Cheese Quiche

Made this on Sunday for a pre-football brunch. It was a big hit. I actually used shredded mexican cheddar mix instead of plain, regular chedder. Easy to add peppers too for an added kick. Great easy cheesy recipe.
