cathyggarza ,I add with the bacon while cooking: I diced jalapeño 1/4 or 1/2 cup of diced onions Then add them and the pasta to the eggs in the bowl to cook the eggs. I add a little more salt and pepper to my taste. I like to sprinkle Tabasco sauce on top to add flavor.. Use to your taste. Chop 3 green onions and garnish the dish of pasta with them.10y

rebekah_mackey_13 ,Eggs need to be tempered before you add hot pasta. Done this way the egg curdles and you get pieces of scrambled egg stuck to your noodles. To temper the egg add some of the hot pasta water to the egg slowly while whisking to heat the egg without cooking them. Then add the pasta and you will have a perfect sauce.10y
