The only changes I made was that I added the crushed pepper and tomatoe paste after I added in the crushed tomatoe sauce so this way the crushed pepper won't get burned. I also added in an extra garlic clove and some other dried spices such as oregano, parsey flakes, garlic powder and onion powder.12y

dakotarussell ,It makes for a nice, light meal... but I found myself wanting a little more flavor complexity. The shallots and vodka get drowned out by the garlic and onions, which in turn get drowned out by the tomatoes and cream. I agree with the earlier review: the basics are good here, but the ratios need a little fiddling with.13y
