My sisters & I used to do this exact same thing for a way easy breakfast or even just an after school snack. For old-times' sake we did the same thing at home today. This recipe makes them just as delicious as I remember!
Amazing!!! I hollowed out the potatoes and mashed up some of the pulp with the bacon and cheese and stuffed it back into the potatoes then put the eggs in. And of course made the puffs with the left over ingredients !! New favorite
Very flexible recipe. I used rosemary and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. I've also had this with some tomatoes, chives, and cilantro. Excellent. This is one of my new go-to recipes. Thank you so much for posting!
