kxnaiades ,This is fantastic. I'm always looking for one pot recipes to save time after a long day at work. Not only is this easy and cheap to put together it's also five stars for nutrition! I used frozen vegetables and brown rice instead but it was perfect!11y
brooklynbmg ,This was just as advertised - very flavorful and satisfying. I did liberally season the chicken with salt and thyme, and added butter to the oil for extra flavor. Instead of rice, I made a batch of orzo pasta and seasoned it with Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard.11y
tasonis ,Wonderful! Even my picky eater complimented this dish. Some suggestions/alterations: 1. Coat the chic in mayo and then sprinkle with thyme. I also added rosemary. 2. Brown chic in a combo of 2 tbs buttr and 2 tbs of evoo11y
barbaraanneyapana ,It was very flavorful even though I was missing fresh parsley and instead used dried ones. The only problem was I used long grain rice and it definitely needed more than 20 minutes to cook the rice. It actually took a lot longer so I had to keep adding chicken stock. But will definitely try again with different rice.12y
cortneygellerparks ,The rice was amazing and had great flavor, but the chicken needed a little something more. Will likely make again, but with some tweaking.12y
steponmelynn ,I personally loved this recipe, it was easy and fast. My boyfriend on the other hand didn't like it as much. I did do a few things different too. I grilled my chicken, and added peas with the carrots. The only thing I think I'll do differently next time is make it in a bigger pan lol.12y
christinebronson ,Great. I added thin sliced zucchini and boosted stock with tablespoon of concentrated chicken base .12y
littlemissriya ,This recipe I can see myself using every week. It was super easy to cook this chicken and it tasted superb.12y
becca1red ,Fab!! As easy & as tasty as the recipe states. All the family loved it, will defiantly be a regular in my house. Very quick & simple to do after a days work *****12y
cookiesandcoffee ,This was great! I went light on the salt and used fresh thyme and brown rice.12y
kanzal ,Pretty good. And so easy. I made it in my crock pot. And put in way too much pepper. But it was still yummy12y
rayhill ,I made this exactly as the recipe says except I brined the chicken first which made it a little bit on the salty side. But I have to say this was quick and easy. It was delicious.12y
ajlcook81 ,This dish was pretty good.. Def put a lot of salt on the chicken, I don't think I put enough on. But other then that turned out great! Will make again, even my 20 month old enjoyed it :)12y
kimrshirley ,Great flavor and easy. I grabbed pre-sliced carrot chips to make it easier. Also added some rosemary. Felt like a good healthy dinner. May try mixing in some brown rice next time.12y
gopinathan ,Very good dish! I substituted wild rice and added red bell pepper to it. Everyone loved it, even my picky ones.12y
mstexaz ,I loved it!! My son loved it he went back for seconds!! Will most def be adding to my favorites!!12y
redhair987 ,This was absolutely delicious. My whole family loved it and we are having it a second time this week.12y
mlutker ,This is wonderful, seriously. Want to make it easy, I used a rotisserie chicken and cut it up, no cooking! It really is a keeper. It is a dish that can be served as a elegant dish not just a fast dinner (bit it is). Make it, and it saves well too!13y
piscean ,Recipe calls for "1 leaf". Not sure leaf of what, so I left it out. Possibly 1 bay leaf? Tasted great without it, whatever it was supposed to be.13y
