Suggest a better description1. Line a baking (metal) try with greaseproof paper.
2. Weigh 7oz of condensed milk into a pan.
3. Then weigh 6oz of chocolate into a medium sized bowl.
4.Put the pan with the condensed milk on the hob on a very low heat & stir with a wooden spoon.
5.Add the chocolate & mix.
6.Once the chocolate is mixed through turn the hob off.
7. Pour the fudge into a lined tin and get the remaining mixture out by using a spatula.
8. Set in the fridge for a couple of hours.
9. Cut fudge into 9 with a knife.
