Suggest a better descriptionCook and drain ziti. Combine ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, beaten egg, parsley, garlic, pepper and nutmeg. Stir in cooked ziti. Spoon into greased 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella and parmesean. Bake at 350 ddegrees for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
