Suggest a better descriptionCut Acorn Squash in half; clean out inside.
Put a couple tablespoons of butter, some brown sugar, white sugar and real maple syrup in each half.
Bake at 400 degrees, for 1 hour or until soft.
Once done, to liking. Take out of oven, let cool for a few minutes, then scrape squash out of "shell" and mix the inside in a bowl.
