Nutritious DIY granola to make at home.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Whisk together the oil and maple syrup in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine the oats, seeds, and nuts. Add the wet ingredients and stir until the granola is well coated.
Spread the mixture in a shallow baking pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until bubbling and golden brown, stirring every 5-10 minutes to ensure even browning. Remove from the oven and add the shredded coconut. Mix well. Let cool and serve, or store in an airtight jar in the cupboard.
