modified from recipe I found online to follow Level 1 Betr Health guidlines
Preheat air fryer to 400
Chop veggies and chicken into small bite size pieces
In large bowl add oil and seasoning and toss to combine
Add chicken and veggies to preheated air fryer and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway or until the chicken and veggies are charred and chicken is cooked through. If air fryer is small may cook in small batches.
Original recipe had broccoli, replacing with celery to make it betr. Also added green beans but would leave out next time.
To bake in oven preheat to 450 and roast on sheet pan for 15-20 minutes
