1. Mix butter, flour and sugar. Finish mixing by hand until the dough is even
2. Stretch using a rolling pin on a floured surface
3. Cut into pieces
4. Place on a greased baking pan
5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 12 - 15 minutes
6. Remove and let cool
7. Place 2 pieces of cookie together with the manjarblanco in between. Cover with powdered sugar
Manjarblanco
1. Place a can of sweetened condensed milk in a pot and cover with water.
2. Bring pot to a boil and cover with lid
3. Boil for 2 hours (or 45 minutes if using a pressure cooker)
4. Cool can completely before opening
