Simple alfredo sauce
On low heat bring heat to a small simmer. When cream is hot whisk in parm cheese. Keep heat low to not burn but allow cheese to evenly melt into cream. Once incorporated, cook to for 2 more minutes then allow to rest as it cools somd it will thicken more
Dont cook on high temp. Will scorch cream and have lumps of cheese.
