Combine butter, sugar, and corn starch and heat in a sauce pan to hard crack stage. Stir in toasted coarsely chopped almonds. Pour onto buttered 9x13 pan. Top with 1/2 of chocolate and 1/2 of finely chopped almonds. Flip onto wax paper and put other 1/2 of chocolate and finely chopped almonds on.
