Cut chicken breasts into 1 to 1½ pieces and fry till the pieces start to go golden brown and then set aside to cool.
Toast the ground almonds until they are light brown.
Toast the flaked almonds until they are light brown.
Add both lots of almonds to a mixing bowl and add the three dressings in equal amounts.
Add the chicken when cool and mix together; add more dressing if needed to fully coat the chicken pieces.
