Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 300. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
Toss together oats, almonds, wheat germ, coconut, and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.
Whisk together maple syrup, brown sugar, oil, water, and salt in a separate bowl.
Pour maple syrup mixture over oats mixture and stir until coated evenly.
Spread in an even layer on prepared baking sheet.
Bake, stirring occasionally, until evenly toasted, 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
Stir in raisins.
Let granola cool completely in pan on a rack.
