Mint ice cream chocolate krispie crust
Melt butter and chocolate together over low heat. Remove from stove and stir in sugar.
Press into the bottom of a well-sprayed pan (9 x 11). Freeze until hardened.
Add mint chip ice cream to cover the crust evenly. Shave chocolate on top if desired.
Cover with foil and freeze.
