Suggest a better descriptionSautee onion and garlic in butter adding a pinch of salt for 2 minutes. Add 2 pounds ground beef and break up as it cooks until the beef is crumbled and most of the liquid has evaporated. Add canned tomatoes, spaghetti sauce, beef broth and spices. Simmer 20 minutes. Add elbow macaroni. Cover and cook for an additional 20 minutes. Dish out and garnish with generous amount of parmesan cheese.
