A grandmother's recipe from Malaga, a city in the south of Spain. It can be presented as tapa (one or a couple per tapa), or as main dish, generally accompanied with fried fries or fried rice with one garlic clove. Its name in spanish is "Albondigas con Salsa de Almendras"

To prepare the meat balls:
Mix in mixing bowl ground meat, plain bread crumbs, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic and parsley with your hands. Make 2 inches aprox. meat balls and dip them into the flour. Remove the excess of flour in the meat balls and fry them in a medium saucepan with the vegetable oil until golden-brown color.
To prepare the almond sauce:
Boil the almonds and remove the skin in a cold water bath. Fried them until golden-brown color in a medium saucepan with a vegetable oil teaspoon. Grind them with the bread slice and a cup of water (it can be replace by a half of a cup of white wine and half of other cup of water). Heat the sauce 10 minutes and mix with the meatballs.
